What is the usual duration in which I may receive my order?

Normally we dispatch all orders in 1 business days. Due to the prevailing condition of the pandemic or any other uncontrollable situation the order may be delayed for days more than mentioned.

Does LONOVE accept international orders?

Currently, we are only working in United Kingdom & EU.

Can I use my credit card for online billing?

Yes, you can pay through your credit card or through Amazon Pay. We also accept Paypal.

What are the alternatives if I don't feel at ease in providing my address?

Well for quick and timely delivery you have to provide your address with a zip code.

Do I get any facility to track the status of my order?

Yes and for that we will provide you tracking numbers.

I have placed order but not received confirmation email.

When you placed an order through our website, you received an order confirmation email automatically. If still you did not received order confirmation email then please check your Spams or contact us at lonove@lonove.co.uk

Can I cancel or amend my order?

You can cancel or amend your order within 1 hour after checkout. Please email us lonove@lonove.co.uk if you want to amend or cancel order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Lonove is offering free shipping on all orders of £49+ all over the UK. For EU orders buyer have to pay £20 extra in term of shipping charges. Please note that for EU orders, EU buyers will be responsible for all Taxes & Customs.  For orthers below £49 will costs to ship. You can calculate an estimated shipping cost before you check out right in the shopping cart! Be sure to correctly enter your address and your zip or postal cod.


If I buy a product but later make up my mind to return, will it be possible?

We accept 30 days free return after order is delivered. We take 3-5 days as our return processing time. After we received item at our warehouse, we throughly inspect & confirmed that product box are not opened. Then, we issue full refund to buyer origional payment method.

How much time required to receive my refunded amount to my payment method?

Please note that some financial instituations take 3-5 days to reflect amount to your payment method, it may take longer. So please allow financial institutions 7 days to hit amount to your payment method before contacting us.For any further information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.

Do you offer free Return?

Yes, we offer free refunds. When you initiate return, we send you return shipping labels. You just have to paste these return labels & have to drop this box at your nearest courier location. Currently, we are working with Royal Mail as our return parter.
