Are you not satisfied with you purchase with us? lets start your return process

We offer you 30 days free return or exchange after order is delivered. LONOVE have very easy returns and exchange policies for our valued customers. When you initiate return, we send you return shipping labels. You just have to paste these return labels & have to drop this product box at your nearest courier location. Currently, we are working with Royal Mail as our return partner. 

Sale items are not covered under Return & Exchange policy.

We take 3-5 days as our return processing time. After we received item at our warehouse, we thoroughly inspect & confirmed that product box are not opened. Then, we issue full refund to buyer original payment method. 

Please make sure that all items must be returned UNUSED and should be in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

For International purchases (outside UK & EU) shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for returns or exchanges.

Please note that some financial institutions take 3-5 days to reflect amount to your payment method, it may take longer. So please allow financial institutions 7 days to hit amount to your payment method before contacting us. For any further information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.

Styling Tools:

We are happy to issue a refund or exchange on all items provided they are returned unused, in their original condition and packaging along with all the accessories (heat mat, glove, etc.) they come with. Your returned purchase will be inspected by our quality team at the warehouse it is sent to before we issue you a refund or exchange.

Please note that all styling appliances come with a 1-year limited manufacturers warranty. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a replacement of your Appliance within the warranty period. The 1-year warranty period is valid from the date of delivery. The warranty is not applicable under the following circumstances: 

  • The product sustaining any normal wear and tear (scratches, fading etc) 
  • Willful damage, accident or negligence
  • Abnormal storage or usage of the appliance 
  • Failure to operate or use the appliance in accordance with the guidelines stated in this user manual 
  • Any repair or modification carried out by any third party
  • The theft or loss of the product

 Any return received in our store after 30 days of the delivery date will be refused and no refund or exchange will be permitted. 

 Refunds:

Processing time for refund or exchange is 3-5 working days after product received at our warehouse. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after scrutiny. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.

I did not received my Refund:

Exchanges:

Processing time for exchange is 3-5 working days after items received at our warehouse. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please dispatch your unused item at following address.
